edis belongs to the Brassica family. The most common are its annual European varieties, which produce roots and seeds in the first year of sowing. But there is also a two-year-old radish of Chinese varieties, in which the root crop appears in the first year after sowing, and the seeds in the second. We will consider only the first option, because more often than not our summer residents grow it.
Root vegetables can be round, flat-round or cylindrical. The color is rich red, pink, white, purple and even yellow.
